Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

Our minimum order requirement is 30 pieces per design and color. We do not accommodate single-piece orders.

Pricing and Quotes:

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, quotes provided to customers will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Sample and Design Approval:

  • A sample will be created for your review prior to production.
  • Production will only commence once you have approved the sample.
  • A non-refundable advance payment is required for all sample orders before they are provided.

Payment Schedule:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required before production begins.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the order but before shipment.
  • For established clients with a proven payment history, alternative payment terms can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Due Date:

  • The deposit payment is due within 15 days of the deposit invoice date.
  • The balance payment is due within 15 days of the final invoice date.

Late Payment:

  • Delays in payment may affect the production and delivery schedule of future orders.
  • Prompt payment is necessary to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of your orders.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty if done within three days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests made after production has started may incur additional charges.

Delivery and Shipping:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and included in the final invoice.
  • We are committed to ensuring secure, reliable delivery for your order. We aim for the safe and timely delivery of your products to the designated destination. If you have specific shipping preferences or requirements, please inform us, and we will strive to meet them.

Taxes and Duties:

  • Unless otherwise stated, all quoted prices do not include taxes and duties.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges imposed by their local authorities or customs agencies related to the purchase and import of our products. We recommend consulting your local tax authorities or customs agency for details on any applicable charges.

Credit Terms:

  • We do not offer credit terms for payment. All orders must be prepaid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in these terms.
  • Payment is required before production begins and before shipment. We do not extend credit terms or provide products on credit.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
  • Refunds will be issued for returned items, or replacements will be provided according to our Return Policy.
